Kitchen Designer/Sales Person

Kitchen Designer - Based in Our Christchurch High Street Showroom

£££Competitive & depending on experience + Uncapped Commission!!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a forward-thinking team and growing team!

The Role:

• Managing customer enquiries from the design and planning stage through to completion

• Measuring and designing kitchens and bathrooms using CAD

• Carrying out on site surveys

• Progressing all quotations through to order stage, seeing the process from start to finish

• Driving sales and maintaining customer relations

• Following up on customer leads and discussing potential plans

• Liaising with the installations team, builders and other suppliers and ordering products when needed

• To be considered for this role, you will need a driving licence as you will be responsible for travelling to meet with customers in the local area!

Hours:

5 Days Per Week, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm.

You will be required to work 10:00 am to 4:00pm on Saturdays which will be on a rota basis.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have previous experience working as a Designer, working with kitchens, bathrooms, interiors etc.

• Must have experience using CAD!!

• Must be strategic and creative with excellent customer service skills.

• Will have a strong eye for designing and driving sales!

• Will have amazing communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of Planit Fusion/2020 and EQ Software System would be a huge advantage, but this is not essential!

You will introduce our company to trade customers to maximize sales and targets whilst establishing new customers. A professional approach is vital together with the ability to develop relationships with building companies and professional trades that regularly purchase kitchens.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have field sales experience in the kitchen industry. However, support will be provided as and when required.
